Ripoff, not honoring warranty

Had transmission replaced on 3/1/05 and were told by the company that we had a 6 month warranty. The cost of this repair was $959.00.

After getting the vehicle back, still continued to have trasmision problems. Brought the vehicle back 2 more times and it was kept for several days at a time with no repairs made to reticfiy the faulty trasmission.

The transmission again went out completely on 6/28/05, still with in the warranty period and were told by the car shop that the warranty was only for 3 months and that we would have to pay them another $700 to have the transmission replaced a second time.
