New tire gone flat within 3 months

Our tire went flat after purchasing fresh on December 1sr. I hardly went it because of disease, and about the first Sunday of March, I had been operating on the really clear, well-managed street without any traffic before me also it went smooth on the exterior of the tire, just like a break. The tire production day was the 41st week of so that they aren't aged. I had been informed this may just be brought on by my striking a control or guardrail or operating over a stone.
