First Choice Auto Sales, Befriends her customers only to scam them-Fraudulent practices with her finance company

I was scammed by this dealership. The owner will befriend you then rip you off! 1st Choice Auto Sales (Leslie Garnett) repossessed my vehicle even though I was within the 10 day window of making my payment. (I had made ALL previous payments!) The owner would NOT accept my payment on that day (which was the last day due) plus she also threatened me verbally and I have witnesses to that fact.

The original contract does not have my $1500 down payment listed. The owner told me it was because the $1500 was for all the interest and she didn't put it on the contract.??? I questioned the owner at the time of the contract signing and she then told me she would write up a new contract, which she never did. I believed her because she is very good at making you feel as if she cares. I had the vehicle approximately 5 and 1/2 months.

What used car lot gives someone a car with no down payment and 0% interest and 0 finance charge? None.
