Scammed me out of more than $4,000.00

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in February. They told me that in order for me to get "In-House" financing I would have to pay a 50% down payment. I made the payment with the understading that my first payment would not be due for 30 days. However, they changed the wording on the contract and called me back into the office stating that they had to make adjustments to the payments per the bank. I questioned this because it was supposed to be "In-House" financed but they explained it away with a bounch of fast talk I didn't really understand. They also changed the due date of my first payment and said all this was per the bank.

I made the payment 21 days later & then was told by them that I needed to put even more money down on the car because the bank rejected the contract. When I refused they reposessed my vehicle on 3/16/09. Once I received the letter they sent me dated 3/17/09 wherein they threatened to reposess the vehicle IF I did not come into the office or contact them within 3 business days after receipt of their letter.

I went to the delership within the timeframe prepared to negotiate the return of my vehicle (of which they were in posession prior to sending the letter) However, at that time I was told the only way I would be able to get my car is to pay the balance in full which was over $8,000.00 and the contract balance was less then $7,000.00 including interest. When I asked for my money back they told me they were not giving it back to me. When I noticed that my vehicle was back on the lot for sale, I questioned them about it & they demanded that I leave the lot and threatened to call the police. I dealt with Danny & Pablo who claimed to be a salesman & finance manager respectively.
