I ordered flowers for my mom's bday on the Wednesday to come for Friday. When they didn't come I tried calling multiple times at a variety of hours. I eventually decided to chat with your online useless support. I was told that I'd have to wait to hear from a manager who would contact me on the monday (understandable). I asked to be emailed and called (I left my number with the attendant). I was not called or emailed on monday. The flowers eventually came, but I received no discount or refund for the issue. My mother now thinks I'm the worst daughter in the world because I can't even send flowers... This crushed me. Now I'm out $50, and the whole gift backfired. I will be writing negative reviews everywhere possible until I'm helped by your company. Punctuality is essential for a flower delivery company, and your company should own up to it's mistake.
