Bloomex - scam company

I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday on a Friday, and when they didn't come I tried phoning... Again and again. I chatted with the person on live chat forever, and she said she couldn't do anything about it and that her manager would contact me by email and by phone per my request; but they didn't. The flowers eventually show up on Monday, I receive no discount or refund and my mother scolds me for being the worst daughter in the world. $50 down the drain!
