Missed first delivery for a package and was told BY SOMEONE AT THEIR COMPANY that I could pick it up at their depot because it had been dropped off there earlier that day. Drove 45 minutes out there, but once I got there I was told it wasn't there. It was back on a truck, then, I spoke to another one of their employees who scheduled it to be re-delivered the next day. Waited ALL DAY Saturday and finally called them to ask about delivery and why they hadn't been there, when I was told they don't make Saturday deliveries in my area!!! By this time I had been told on two separate occasions that a "team member" from the company would be calling me within the hour... Still waiting!!! I never received any call! So now, I'm to drive back out to their depot on MONDAY EVENING, between 8:00-8:30 pm to pick it up. Really???! I!!! Bad business!!! They basically have control of MY EXPENSIVE ITEM! That I OWN!!!
