Don't buy a car at Huntington Beach Toyota. Go to Toyota of Orange. They are the largest dealer in Orange County and they'll treat you like you're at a Lexus dealership. Rick Lamb, Used Car Manager at Toyota of Huntington Beach is willing to sell a car that he knows has a bad transmission and within
4 days of purchsing the car, I spoke with him on the phone and he told me "to go pound sand". He's not willing to do anything about this transmission that just blew up. He say's I'm an owner and he could care less if I put a blog on the internet letting others know about his reputation. As you can see from some other reports on complaint; Rick's name has been used before. Forget these clowns and go to Toyota of Orange and get a better deal and with over 1,000 cars, a better selection. I have never worked for either dealership. I'm only reporting the facts. Be aware that this is one store of a chain of David Wilson stores. Buyer beware!
