Russel Sold me a car last year in Febuary at income tax time and it broke down on the highway in July

In February I had purchased my car from White sands auto it seemed to run fine. He sold this car to me for 2700.00 with a broken side mirror after about 2 weeks the car began to have issues stalling in traffic when you would press on the break. This started in Mississippi when my son and I were heading to my Step Daddies Funeral. Then before I got to the funeral the clutch stuck on me and started burning in the middle of evening traffic in Tulsa, Oklahoma where me and my mom were out buzzing around. Found that the Clutch needed hydraulic fluid and bled so it would run properly. The Speedometer was not working properly after we took it off the lot he said that the previous owner had it replaced.in the car we had a brand new spare donut tire that was not for that car we could not have used it. The sun roof leaked badly! The motor on the sunroof would stick open just enough that you did not know it was open. The whole sunroof area was rusted so the roof could not close properly. The carpet had dark stains on it which did not bother me. The air conditioner did not work even though he said it blew cold air. This man will go down on the price just to say he cannot give you any kind of warranty so he does not have to fix the issues that come about after you buy it. Then when the Car broke down in the middle of july because the Car over heated. My Fiance was driving to work that morning he knew to shut it down within seconds of it starting to over heat the sensor never showed any change in temp so we never knew how hot it was. After over heating we could not get it to start and ended up selling the 2700.00 car for 400.00 as a part car. I feel I have been ripped off big time now that I know there are others who have had similar problems. He acctually sells the cars he lowers in price at the final sale without warranty is this something he can do?
