Added $60 to the initial quote made within 2weeks of reservation

Hertz quoted a price of $258 for a 1-week rental made 2-weeks before the reservation date. At pick-up no mention was made of an increase in $60 of the initial rate. My credit card was charged $518. I was told by Hertz that this was due to changes in the tax rate. A 23% increase in taxes within a 2-week period ($200 was a deposit). This is very dishonest. The reason I chose Hertz in the first place was because of the quote. Dishonest practices like this need to be addressed illegaly.
