Masterz Auto Mall, Masters European Auto MAll Didnt report or disclose auto involved in a Tow Away accident when purchased. Faked Car FAx

We purchasd a 2008 R350 MB. During the process we asked to see the car fax no accidents reported and the dealer assured us that there had been no preivous damage. One year later goto trade the car in to find out that there was major damage according to the true CAR FAX report. Called Norman, he looked at the file said yes the car was damaged but no frame damage so he didnt have to disclose it. Not true, when asked you must disclose. They said yes we will by the car back but for 10k less then what was paid, we want the payoff amount to eliminate the fraudulent purchase. Also to this day we have still not recieved any of our paper work or finance paper work. We are going to sue if not resolved any one else want to join in?
