Bad dealer - never rent from this location

I went to rent a U-Haul truck from this location today and witnessed a man being abused by the owner of the company. The man had done nothing that I could tell to the owner. He attempted to attack this man in his truck. Some woman was screaming stop he hasn't done anything to you. The man just didn't listen. The man was then very rude to each of his customers. This is not how you draw business to your dealers. If I were U-Haul I would not allow this company to rent my equipment, is this how you do business U-Haul?
