This place is a total rip off and scam

Left Dodge Neon for repair estimate. He suspected about $2000.informed them I can't spend using their funding. They set the vehicle anyway. Currently $4600 and switched me along for funding. Plus today they would like to cost me storage costs! This location is just a complete rip-off fraud.
