Overheating Engine

I was forced to take my car to NTB for an overheating engine due to a blown radiator, after they replaced the radiator the problem persisted for 3 months and 6 more visits where they told me the car was fine to drive even though it caused more damage. All in all I spent over $600 for their services and eventually after taking the car to a Honda dealership after an NTB regional manager gave me his word they would pay for what they could not fix, they refused to take responsibility. I ended up needed a whole new engine and everything included I am out $4000. The honda dealership said the issue was something that NTB should have caught within the first visit I made their and they have refused responsibility. Never ever use this company, they have awful customer service, the mechanics do not know how to do their jobs, and when they screw up they will leave you with the bill when they continuously did work that was not needed. Using NTB is automobile suicide
