Damaged vehicle during repair, refused to take responsibility for damage, and was told to have it towed out

My vehicle was brought in for two new tires. The tire sensor was damaged during the visit. Parts had to be ordered for them to fix their mistake. We waited two months for the problem to be resolved. The automobile was brought in to finally fix the problem and the very next day, after the repair, the tire sensor light was on again. This led to another visit to this establishment during which more problems were incurred.

Upon arriving to pick up the vehicle, we found that it had been heavily flooded by one of the mechanics. After waiting at this location for several hours, it was eventually towed to the dealership at the expense of the vehicle owner. The "manager" had refused to take responsibility for the neglect and more expenses were incurred to fix this vehicle. The general care and concern of the manager was unacceptable. If a vehicle drives in to an establishment for a repair and can not drive out, then somebody should be decent enough to take some responsibility for his or his teams actions. This place is in need of some customer service skills.
