Northpoint Ford
Quick Motors My F-150 was rattleing and ticking sounding like an diesel. They said they can fix it. Well, it's still ticking after i gave them almost 1500.00 dollars

I took my F-150 to Northpoint Ford to be diagnosed because it was ticking, rattling, just sounding like it was a diesle truck, and it's not. Northpoint told me it was my cam phasers and tention joints that was causing all the noises, and it can be fixed in one day. After a WEEK they called me and told me my truck was ready to go. I picked it up that evening and drove it about two blocks, and it started shaking a little bit at the stop light. I then drove it a mile, by this time the engine light was on and it was doing the same thing from when i took it in previously. I finally made it home, called Northpoint and they were closed, but i did talk to the dealership manager and he assured me everything would be taken care of especially now, since i got him involved. Well i took it back to them and after a couple of days i got it back. It seemed to be running ok for about five miles then it started losing power again. I took it back to Northpoint again and after a couple of days i got it back, and myself and Randy Gerke, the service rep went for a ride and everything seemed to be ok. The very next morning i started it up and there was a loud ticking noise. I checked the oil and it was 2 quarts low so i added it, that didn't help. I then took it back to Northpoint Ford and after keeping my truck for a week they came to me saying they wanted more money to fix the noise i already paid for, I refused so here i am after giving them almost 1500.00 BUCKS!
