Unique ins. Pays shops to ruin your car!

I got in an accident and went to the body shop they sent me to. After getting my car repaired from their shop, I had to get warrantee work done at dealership and recieved a call asking me to come in.

I went there and they had my car on a lift at which time they showed me the crumpled core support, shoddy welds on frame structure, bent radiator and condensor, bumper rienforcement twisted, broken headlight panel etc.

Basically, they put a new bumper cover, hood, grille, and headlight which broke from having to slam hood to close from front end being twisted.

I took it back to shop and was told by shop owner at Dan R Auto Body in Fox River Grove Il. "thats what you get for using a substandard ins.Co." I asked if he would stand behind his work at which time he said " what do you expect? They only pay me $28 dollars a book hour!" Then the owner threatened to punch me!

I called Unique ins who at that time was very helpful and said the had problems with him before and I could take it to the shop of my choosing and have it repaired correctly.

I took it and got three estimates at which time they sent me a letter after repeated unanswered calls saying to much time had lapsed and they wouldn't honer their agreement.

I'm stuck with over $2000 in repairs!
