Schaumburg KIA Damage YOU caused MY fault?!?

My car had broken down and towed to the dealer. They looked at it and said to call my insurance because there was damage to my car even though I never hit anything. My insurance investigators went out and took pictures and made a report.insurance found out that the oil filter had been damaged by the dealer the last time the oil was changed and the oil filter was damaged in the process, causing a small oil leak over time causing my engine to seize up. The dealer accused me of doing the damage! Why would I damage my own brand new car?! I called corporate and they said that there is nothing they can do because its between me and a privately owned dealership. Now I have to hire an attorney to see how I can get my car fixed! This is a nightmare. My car only has 7500 miles on it! Beware of this Shady dealership! What shocks me is that they accused me of doing the damage and told me to f*k off! Beware of these sheisters!
