Shell Station/Berkman Food Austin
Gas pump rippoff, embarrassed after pumped 8.37 of gas and they took 51.00 out of my account so therefore couldnt pay my groceries in store

I stop at the Shell station on Berkman drive, named Berkman food mart and pay at the pump for gas and the shell company cleans out my account. I did not know this until I go into the store to buy my children icecream and my card gets declined. I get home and check my account on the net and my account says zero balance. I go back to the store and they do nothing about it

So I call my bank and they said Shell takes your money and supp will put the money back into your account after 72 hours. How crazy is this, so meanwhile if my kids are hungry, they have to starve because my account says zero??? No way is this illegal? How and why is this happening? Totally unfair and what is shell going to give me? Will they be feeding my children or will they provide me with a gift card to feed my kids? What a disgrace.
