Received no paper for 7 months, but was charged

I registered to get the Courier Article through my bank card at $9.98 monthly. Then I realized that used to do not get a document. Therefore, I approached the document and was informed they'd return to me. After no response, I called again. The individual I spoke to stated there is no report of my consideration in her documents. I waited per month and named again to provide them time for you to examine the issue. Nevertheless, the cash extended ahead out-of my banking account. Along with this issue, I had been barraged with calls on my mobile phone a subscription for the document. These calls happened everyday, and verged on nuisance. After repeatedly informing the reps that I had been not involved, they extended to contact.

I truly just need a reimbursement of the total amount they required from me, and offered no support.
