Avoid Sun Country Airlines at all costs

Our cousin and that I purchased our desperate and disabled Cousin and our mom an Alaskan cruise (kind of her container listing). About the evening these were designed to fly-back house, following the sail was over Sun Region ended the 6:50 trip and changed them for their 9:30 A.M. Without informing both them or us by any means. Departing my mom and her sibling - who's desperate of cancer - stuck in Dallas.

Once they called a "customer support" quantity they acquired from another flight. The individual about the telephone informed them that their travel broker must have informed them - that will be totally silly since we purchased their airfare from the vacation site. NO TRAVEL AGENT needed! Regardless there is NO POSSIBLE method for them to create a 9:30 A.M. Trip - these werenot actually off the cruiseship by 9:30 A.M.! There is grounds we registered for that 6:50 P.M. Trip! My spouse is from a different country and that I have buddies all around the U.S. I travel a great deal, obviously that neither I or anybody I understand can ACTUALLY use Sunlight Nation again!
