Took my money to buy a part and ran off with the money

Tommy miller responded to an ad i had on craigslist to repair my van. I needed my turn signal fixed and universal joint. He took the money to get the flashers for the turn signals he did not bring my change back which was 518 my universal joint still squeaks. He took an additional 10 dollars from me because he had to supposedly go to pull a part to get a part for my van door he never returned with the part or the money. He wont return my calls or emails.

I filed a police report with louisville metro they are no help no one is taking this seriously. The police report number is 80-12-011144 please someone help me he owes me a total of 1518 cents he did not fix my van door. He took the money for the part and ran
