I was charged for flowers that never got delivered!

I ordered flowers for my boss's girlfriend for her birthday on Friday 10/17. I had given Lake Mary Florist my phone number to call in case there were any problems with the delivery. I never received a call from them so I assumed everything was ok. Around 5pm that evening, I received a call from my boss notifying me that the flowers had not been delivered. I called Lake Mary Florist right away and spoke to a woman who informed me that they were unable to deliver the flowers because the delivery man was stopped by someone at the gate and would not let him in the neighborhood because my boss's girlfriend was not answering. They never called to inform me of this and at this time they were no longer delivering for the day. They assurred me that the flowers would be delivered first thing Saturday morning. I agreed this would be fine. So, I called first thing Saturday morning to make sure everything was ok and was assured it was. Again, I gave them my phone number in case there were any problems. I never received a phone call. I should have known better. The flowers were not delivered! I called first thing Monday morning and spoke to the owner. I was not angry when speaking to her however I wanted to voice my frustrations. She was extremely rude and would not let me speak. I simply wanted to make sure that my bosses credit card would not be charged and she abrutply informed me that it would be charged and hung the phone up on me. I will make it my mission to inform everyone about my story and make sure everyone I know never orders flowers from this company.
