Ripoff overcharging on premiums

I feel I have been way overcharged and for no good reason. I have a perfect driving record no accidents or tickets. I am 39 yr old, married and have driven for 17 years. I recently moved back to NJ, my home state (all my life) from abroad in europe. I have been here 2 yrs now.

My auto insurance premium is $2,570.80 this is for liability only on two older vehicles. I feel I am getting crushed for no reason. I am told because I have not lived in NJ for 3 yrs consecetively that I am in a higher tier. I ask why? I have a perfect driving record. It seems the insurance industry is nothing but thieves. I am having a very difficult time paying for this insurance. What is going on? I tried to complain but I just get cold responses and no reasons that satisfy me.

I feel the Insurance industry should be removed all together they are way too greedy and are hurting all of us. If their was no insurance then everyone would be responsible to themselves as it should be. Then maybe people would be a little more careful about what they do. And hospitals alike would be forced to lower their prices. All I want is fair treatment if I drive safe shouldn't I be rewarded? Otherwise what is the sense trying to do good? If you are punished for doing it. Come on NJ government officials do the right thing! Force the Insurance industries to play fair! Don't let Rutgers Insurance to get rich on my account. You are supposed to protect me! Not them..
