Rip-off! There's a class action suit against them. Austin

I had Progressive insurance for a few years. I had one car and one driver over the age of 27. No tickets or accidents. Perfect driving record. They charged me $62.48 to start and then by the end I was up to $105.00 a month for PLPD. They said it was because my credit was not very good. I have since learned that they have a class action suit against them because it is illegal to charge rates by your credit score, which my current insurance company is also doing, we will have a talk.

Progressive is supposed to inform anyone that has used their company about any pending lawsuits but they did not inform me. They did inform my sister who had insurance through them at the same time. We have both since obtained cheaper insurance, both through the same insurance company. Her insurance is now over $200.00 less and mine is $52.00 less. Large savings! Get in the class action suit if you can!
