False Advertising, purchased new car 2012 sonata in Aug. 2011 with Navagation pack. When not all options aren't even available still in testing stages Internet

I purchased a new 2012 Hyundai Sonata in Aug. Of 2011. I travel with my job putting 4000 miles monthly on my vehicial. I am actually in my car more than any one place. I was not planning on purchasing a car with the Navigation package due to the fact I already had a satisfactory Navigation devise that I used.
However Hyundai did advertise that the 2012 Sonata had remote start via using your I-Phone. Due to the fact that I travel so much the remote start was a definite plus. This way I could start my car in the winter and let it warm up and defrost before leaving my hotel room.

30 days after purchasing the vehicle I was informed that the remote start option was not available until Jan. 2012. I was very disappointed however thinking that it was after all a 2012 model that I could live with the wait until Jan. 2012.
Now it is Feb. 2012 and Hyundai is now telling me they are not sure when the remote start will be available that it is still in testing and they are not sure when it will be available that customers will be contacted as soon as the remote start will be available.

I believe this is false advertising due to the fact I would never had purchased the Navigation package and paid the extra $ 3500 to $4000 dollars to have an option that they say is still in testing!
I feel that Hyundai should reimburse me for the Navigation package since they did not hold up their end of their advertising!
