Got a problem with my VW Polo and have decidesd to ask you for help unfortunately your mechanic MIKE did not understand my query and was quite unkind at his last reply which I enclose for your consideration. I have told him that all steps he sugested have been followed but the problem persists, he either did not understand or he does not know what he is talking about.

Please consult a kinder mechanic for my query, as i felt like being take for a ride with the 20,00 fee!
