Wayne Jordon I purchased a 2004 Prowler in June and paid $15,000 and they refuse to give me a title to the vehicle

I purchased a2004 Prowler 5th wheel travel trailer from Wayne Jordon on ebay. I paid $15000.00 to Atlantic Financial in Flower Branch Georgia. My Bank sent them a check and they cashed it. Howevere, they have never sent the bank a title to the vehicle.

This all started in June. Wayne Jordon has since refused to resolve the problem. He will not respond to emails or messages. When he has answered the phone he has been very rude and refuses to resolve this issue.

I have since sold the trailer to a friend and want him to have the title he has a right to. I am terminally ill and this issue resolved.
