Wfs Financial ripoff cannot sell vehicle due to company policies

WFS will not release my title till they recieve payment. OK thats fair. They will not allow me to come to their branch office with my buyer, pay off the loan with the buyers cashiers check or cash or any form of payment. (I have the title with them as the lien holder.)

They will only accept a check by mail and release the title in 4 to 10 days. The buyer was advised by thier banker not to purchase the vehicle with out the title being signed over at the time of purchase, because even with a bill of sale I could keep the money and the title and they couldn't do much about it.

WFS has refused to work with me in any way to help with this problem. They have been rude and uncompromising. The Missouri DMV will not do anything with the title unless it has been released by WFS. Had I known WFS thinks so little of their customers I never would have given them my business. Please, if a car dealer tries to finance you through them, refuse. Read some of the horror stories about this company.
