Ripoff unless you can tell if something works by holding it in your hand don't buy anything from these A wholes

I bought a set of shocks for my bike. One of them would not compress at all. I had a Brother hand carry them to the wharehouse with the return number my dealer got from them. They told him to tell me to take it up with my dealer.

My dealer said since I had put them on my bike they most likely weren't going to give me my money back anyway. So my dealer ate it and ordered some shocks from a place HE trusted.
