All Lies, All Fake, Worst Buying Experience EVER

Please oh Please whatever you do, Please do not buy anything from this guy. Because of him I have had one of the Worst buying experiences ever made on the internet. Everything about his website is full of Lies and not one bit of it is truth.
The Bike I bought from him is a 2008 Lifan TMS200 III. I bought it around the holidays which was my first big mistake. He sent me an email stating to allow 2 days for processing and 2 days for shipping. At best I thought I would see the bike in a week... Wrong. I didn't see the bike arrive until 20 days later. During that time, I tried contacting him by email several times trying to get a tracking number and finding out where the bike was. 3/4 the time he didn't even respond to me. I found myself calling paypal and my credit card company to get my money back and was told in a months time if he didn't respond to me that they could get my money back. I found some peace in mind on this. So 20 days later and several headaches later I finally get my bike. However this was just the beginning of my problems. The VIN number on the bike and the VIN number on the MCO did Not Match, and the Bike came from T-motorsports instead of Lifan-Motorcycles-Wholesale. So I ended up calling T-motorsports to get a new MCO. 4 days later I get the new MCO and I go to the DMV to register the bike. Well guess what, I couldn't register it because the Dealer name on the front of the document says T-motorsports and the back of the document says CalHome Inc. I go home just furious of all the troubles I'm having just to get this bike on the road. I end up calling T-motorsports yet again and they tell me that CalHome is the DBA or something like that. I tell them listen, "The DMV wont accept my MCO because the dealer names are different and I need a new one." So I wait another 3-4 days for the new MCO coming from T-motorsports. I get it and open it up and yes the dealer names are the same this time except wait... Now this MCO is not notorized like the last 2 where... Well knowing that I would probabley be turned away again by the DMV I decide to try again anyhow. I must of had a compassionate person helping me that day and I was able to walk away with the plates in hand and got the title a week or so later.
All in all... Was absolutely the worst buying experience Ever!!! This guy "Gordon Whittet" is one of the biggest liars and theifs on the internet today and is not to be trusted like so many others have claimed. After doing some research I have found out that he is not even authorized to sell LIFAN brands. There is a special attention on lifan.com. Go check it out and see for yourself if you don't believe me. He does not care about his customers whatsoever. If he did he would have a phone number to contact his company but at best he responds to emails on more like a weekly basis and not within 24hours like he claims. I almost felt that each time he did respond to me it felt like reading a pre-fabricated letter and all he had to do was insert my name and send it to me. There is no 3-year warranty. I also tried to get this in writing from him but all he told me was that its on his record. Now heres something I didn't expect, My bike is a so called "Gray Bike" because I did not buy it from an Authorized American Lifan Dealer. Did I know that when if bought the bike? No. Never the less if I need to get parts for my bike in the future, I cannot get them thru American Lifan. LOL hopefully nothing ever goes wrong with it huh? LOL and his website says he strictly refuses to sell junk. Well if you buy from him you will get a second hand bike, that is IF you get it, that will most likely be defective and can't be serviced by American Lifan and you will be Extremely Lucky if you even get it registered by your DMV. You will be so much better off buying thru an Authorized Lifan Dealer and paying a little bit more than you ever will from buying thru this "Gordon Whittet" and his several websites he has strung across the internet. Do yourself a favor and avoid him like the plague he is.
