Disrespect/rude service representatives

I purchased a Truck wrangler out of this dealer and thought all of the sales hype. I acquired a, not really a good deal however the sales team were enjoyable and qualified. Then I'd an issue once the Truck delayed and wouldn't operate. I stopped about the lawn neck to hold back for that tow vehicle. Envision my shock once the support consultant (Bill) and his chef (Paul) educated me that I'd a kinked gasoline point plus they mentioned it had been clearly due to misuse. Wow what a rest. Paul stated I clearly had the automobile offroad since there is lawn about the tires. DAHHHH, I'd to draw onto the neck when it delayed. Paul was rude and wouldn't pay attention to the truth that there is no misuse of the automobile, actually the vehicle is spoiled. Paul more charged me $700.00 for what must have been a warranty repair. Do not get out of this dealer. The purchase is okay however the support is shady, rude, and certainly will not recognize your guarantee. It cost me $700 to understand this training. Do not create the exact same error I did so!
