Failure to honor warranty

I sadly bought a car plan from Stoprepairbills.com in Sep. 2011. I read my plan and desired to make certain I really could publish a state. Etc 1/10 I named American Car Guard (AAS) to request the process. I had been provided a state quantity and attempted to get my vehicle fixed. Sadly, it required 12 (1/22) times to locate a technician that will take their guarantee. At that time AAS advised me that my state was today regarded a pre existing situation since it have been 10 times! After an hour or so about the telephone and arguing the their state. AAS subsequently advised me my vehicle hadn't attained the 1000 kilometers following the preliminary purchase of the plan! Again I protested and questioned the usage and that I was subsequently informed I had been really at 1000 kilometers about the day of support! AAS stated I'd to become at 1001 kilometers! That was not contained in the guarantee. On 1/24, AAS required all my prior support documents? After I requested the main reason, they declined to provide me one. On 1/25, I had been subsequently advised that AAS had utilized my support documents to find out my real usage on my vehicle and that I was at 995.5 kilometers! A half-mile lacking 1000 kilometers and undoubtedly, they mightnot recognize the guarantee and purchase the fix! I requested to talk to another boss, and yes, he did his measurements and found by some technique I had been 40 miles lacking 1000 kilometers, so that they could not recognize the guarantee! (just starting to visit a routine?) Nothing I submit qualifies for 1000 kilometers plus they are still declining to cover the repairs!!! I went the Co BBB site and noticed exactly the same grievances! The corporation is just a FRAUD!!! Don't buy a plan from stoprepairbills.com! They stated they could not assist me and educated me it might take as much as 8 weeks to obtain my reimbursement! Which is prorated! I regret your day I bought this plan!!
