Our mother visited the Advantages shop to mail-out our Holiday presents, we reside in Cape girardeau, mo. Anyhow the man in the table stated that the bundle could be shipped Dec the 22nd, also it didn't appear. My mother named the 1-800-number and was informed the bundle was used in the post office and could be shipped from the postoffice. Thus then i named to provide them a bit of my brain and attempt to acquire some solutions in regards to what occurred, evidently they utilize postoffice for many deals in the place of having advantages provide it, evidently it depends upon that which you spend!!! This really is truly foolish!!! And none of this was told mom, had she recognized this, she'd have simply removed mind and employed the post office in the place of spending advantages 22.00 in delivery in order for them to simply change and provide it the postoffice!!! I'm truly angry in the method my mother was lied to and very little was told her. And my husband and that I still have not got the package, ideally it'll are available in this week, but my greatest issue is not not obtaining the package, its the way in which my mother was handled. Pleas don't use advantages without discovering what'll be achieved together with your bundle!!! It'd be considered a better concept to make use of the postoffice or fed ex!!!
