Sent two engine control modules, neither one any good, REFUSES to give back money

Cars & Transport

Put the control module in, my wife went out of town, vehicle quit. Had to have it towed to mechanic. Cost $97, plus towing, to have mechanic tell us module is no good, he put the old one in which was better then the new one. Called "Auto Computer Exchange", they said their equipment won't work with the new battery we just bought. Mechanic said that was bull - . They sent another module and it was no good either. They refuse to refund our money.
