Ripoff company doesnt know how to work on cars will not fix problem but will suggest what is wrong and where you sould take your car for corrective work

I recently had my car towed to Tuffy Automotive to have it serviced. I was told that it would take at the most a day to scan my car on the computer to see what the problem was, Which is no big deal that was the quickest it could be done in town.

After a few days I called Tuffy to find out what they know, The manager Justin told me that he would let the mechanic talk to me to better explain the situation. The mechanic got on the phone and told me that it could be a couple of things.

The first could be a bad coil pack.
The second could be a bad control module
The third who cares

After having my car for two weeks and it was still not running I visited Tuffy to find out what was wrong, the mechanic told me that he replaced the coil pack, the control module and repaired some wiring to the coil pack and nothing.

The mechanic told me that they would be in contact with me the next day to inform me of the problem. The nest day I received a phone call from Justin (the manager) in which he said that he had a tech come another store to look at my car and he suggested that the computer was bad. Which they will not replace.

I was told to take my car to a dealership to have the computer replaced and had to pay the bill at Tuffy which came to $468 and some change. That night I released my car from Tuffy to have towing company tow to dealership to start working on the next morning. THe tow truck arrived to find my car still inside of the business. Which incurred more charges because the tow truck went to tow it.

The next day my car was towed to TRADER BUDS WESTSIDE DODGE. I received a phone call from the service manager stating that the mechanic hooked my car up to the scanner. The scanner gave them a code which told them my car was out of time.

So about $1200.00 later I have a running car thanks to Ben at TRADER BUDS
