Horrible Serivce

Took my car to Victory Nissan on Clinton Highway for the transmission to be replaced (because it was covered under warranty). They replaced the transmission and it runs like it's in 2nd gear. They say it is fixed now, take it home lady. The car runs worse now than before! The service i recieved was horrible. They told me my car is fine and it runs like it's in 2nd gear when it's in drive! And this after they have gotten paid from Nissan for an entire transmission assembly! The service department is right rude and if you are female forget it, they are going to talk down to you. The service man tries to tell me the awful gearing of my engine is the U Joint, which the personnel at Nissan Corp told me has nothing to do with the transmission and the radiator they replaced. The Nissan personnel could not believe the service dept would act and perform the way they did. Mike stood there and talked to my husband over 30 min's about golf after i said "excuse me, this is the car i drive and it does not drive the same or better." The service man continued to talk to my husband about golf.

They need to compensate me for the time i have had to take off work and the rudeness i have received. The general managers, Rufus and Michael, were very rude! I want a replacement vehicle. A complete replacement Pathfinder since they have managed to completely screw up mine. Not to mention, they wanted to "talk to my husband and explain it to him since i was a woman and obviously did not understand."
