Abuse of power, unethical, unprofessional

Unaware at the time of purchase, JR's Auto Sales installs a GPS tracking system on all their vehicles, as well as a disabling device. Yes, that means regardless of where you are, they are able to disable your vehicle with a click of a button.

They sell your car's note to a finance company, and do not make you aware of this either. Again, even after the note is sold, they will STILL disable your vehicle. I was at a cemetery one evening, putting flowers out for deceased loved ones. Upon returning to my car, it would not crank. People came and tried repairing it before we finally had it towed home. The next day, I was told that they had disabled it without any notice.

Additionally, when they do call you, it is usually private or restricted number. Again, I personally do not answer numbers such as these. Within the first week of having this car, I had to take it to a local mechanic. They immediately informed me that they wheel was literally on the verge of falling off, and said I was lucky it hadn't already. The repair bill was over $300, and all I was told is, "sorry, it's sold as is." I don't expect a warranty on a used vehicle, but a little honesty and integrity would be nice.

Since that time, I have had to make numerous repairs. I am disgusted with this service, and the fact I believed the "we're here to help people, and are understanding people go through hard times."
