Dollar Rent-A-Car
Takes five times the amount of rental from you bank account

Dollar took $250 from my bank account for a one day $50 rental. I called the office and they said it will be refunded in 3 to 5 business days. What gives them the right to take five times the amount of my car rental directly from my account and hold it for up to five days. This is a really unfair policy and it creates ill will with customers.
