Cantedvalve bought a short block chevy it was junk. He said he would stand behind the block

I bought a chevy short block off of mike dewey. He told me it had gotten hot but was fine. Any problems he would stand behind the short block. Well when i got it and got it to the machine shop it was junk. Mike told me sorry no refunds cant help you. This is not right people can rip people off with no recourse. I hope you can help me and show that this can not keep happening!!!
