Fred Loya Insurance
Raising rates with no explanation!

When I first started with fred loya, I payed 140.00/Month for my 3 vehicles. After 2 months it went up to 210.00. I called to find out why, and they told me it was insurance rates across the nation going up. Now it has gone up to 280.00/Month, again without explanation!!! I can never get a hold of anyone to help me. When I do, they don't have a clue. I dont believe the person in the office is even licensed. How would I know any way, there is never anyone who knows anything you can talk to!!
