Extended repair times, charging without authorization

Consumers beware of this company. Canyon Country Rv Had my vehicle for nearly 4 months on what should have been a 2-3 week repair. They continually made excuses as to the delays and took no responsibility for the situation. Upon returning my truck to me, my air conditioning no longer worked and they did not repair it. I spent almost 9,000 dollars on a repair job for my vehicle and had oil leaks, rattles and chipped paint after the repairs were made. They then charged me for diagnosis of these probems which did not exist when I returned the vehicle in to them for inspection. They threatened to hold my keys if I did not pay the bill.

On both trips to Canyon Country Truck and Rv, they presented me with invoices for repairs that were made without any estimates or authorization from me. Some of the repairs made were discussed and authorized, however they added numerous items that were never brought to my attention prior to doing any work.

Do not make the mistake I did and take your vehicle or RV to this business if you are not ready for the possibility of grossly extended delays and repair bills that will exceed what you have been estimated.
