They never return calls, the only calls they initiated was when they wanted something that had to do with the financing. They have never returned a single call I made to them.

I complained about problems with my vehicle from the first day. They said it would be taken care of. Yep this is how they take care of it, by just ignoring you until you go away. Now I have a truck that needs a $1,200.00 repair on the engine to make it run correctly.

It is hazardous to drive in traffic because it won't accelerate from a stand still. The engine has a dead cylinder in the morning and a definite engine miss after it warms up. They say it's a common defect and not detrimental to the life of the engine so they don't feel responsible to repair it. When asked to take the truck back they refused.

My advice is to stay far away from this crooked dealer. Don't be swayed by their smooth talk and misleading statements. Whenever you see an ad from these people, toss it out. They will rip you off if you step on their lot.

I have spent over three weeks trying to get them to fix this truck. The truck sat at the service department for one week while I waited for their return call.

I wonder how well they will ignore these reports. I know you the people won't ignore them. I will put this out on every website I can find including the signs on the side of my truck. Which will read,
