Staff and manager of PepBoys Spring Valley are only interested with your business. They want numbers and amount they will make. I had my car tires replaced and specifically gave them instructions to just replace the front with new ones move the front to rear. They did not do it. And when I complain they argued that it is actually better to have new ones on the rear. I think they just don't want to correct the errors they made. They are stinks.
