Rep left out crucial information about limits of reimbursement for a repai

After repeatedly asking "what's the catch" the sales rep Dave did not tell me that they only reimburse up to $2,000 for a transmission repair. He sold the value of the $3,000 warrantee on the fact that transmission repairs for my type car are easily $5,000 or more. How can you leave out the fact that you don't cover it all? This was not a cheap policy. When you spend $3,000 you expect better service and follow-through.
