Pepboys
Very poor service and wasd on hold for 20 minutes

At this Pepboys I was on hold for 20 minutes just to find out some information, about what it would cost me about having my A/C rechange and was told one price over the phone and when I went down to have it worked on was about $20 more. Customer service at this one store is not what it should be. They won't be friendly at all.
