Did not meet company standards when selling engined and refuse to pay to replace engine

I ordered an engine from lkq under the inpression that they inspect the engine before sale. Go on to install the engine in a local mechanic shop when all done come to find out it is faulty from first start lkq a company that i am an employee for refuse to pay the labor to install a new engine witch is still under warranty... What should i do
