Ripoff did not get what i paid fo

Found a door for my car, ordered it. It took two months to get the door. Company did not package door properly, they wrapped it in cardboard, no crate like i was told. Received door with dents, scratches and broken weld at window frame. Add on ebay said "NO DENTS OR DINGS".

Called company, left messages and got no return call from company.

Seems to me they want the money and does not care if you receive your purchase or in what condition you receive it in.
