They have UNJUSTLY impounded my vehicle from my parking location, paid in full.

They didn't notify the management to have someone present, as to their contract with the building. They didn't leave any notice with the management or anyone else as to the towing.

They're contract was due for renewal or expiration. They chose to unjustly impound for no reason, leading to the loss of their contract.

I am the 11th person to sufffer their misconduct.

On first attempt to recover my vehicle, I called them from a cab around 9 PM. They told me to go to a location on Mace and Main ST, Chula Vista, CA, which was an RV storage site.

After I arrived, I called them only to get a service hours message. After some amount of persistence, someone showed up at the RV site.

I tell them my story and RV storage gave me a ride home.
After midnight, Goden Towing called me back, telling me to meet them in a dark alley, Albany and Main, 3513 lot C with $1360.00

Cash.

Not only did they stall to maximize the storage fee but to expect someone to go to a dark alley with that much cash? That area of San Diego is also known for it's gang activity and gang violence is making the local news.

My second attempt to recover my vehicle days later succeeded, in the daylight, at a cost $1360.00 cash.

When I asked him about his disservice to the public, he laughed. There was also a dent in the left front fender of my vehicle, which wasn't there prior to their towing service.

My insurance policy also has a $500.00 minimum, which I'll have to pay in order to get repairs. I am still attempting small claims court, seeking assistance.

I am told by the Lawyers Bar that they only take cases in excess of 5G.
