McCarty and Theives Towing simply stole my tools and it seems to be a common occurence that goes unpunished. This outfit must be linked to the oxnard pd in some way because it is as hard as chinese arithmethic to file a report.

Everyone ive spoken to on this matter has said that it doesn't surprise them and that i shouldn't have left my tools in the truck so long. It is not like i choose this co. To impound my vehicle. They are pretty much guarenteed clients and on top of that have to suppliment their income by taking anything they please from the impound gifts they receive. That is a crying shame. Something must be done!!
